Had a very lovely stay for a third visit, glad I've chosen it.

Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Isla Holbox. The staff was helpful all the time.

Excellent staff and rooms, it was spotlessly clean here. We ate at a good restaurant with attentive staff.

Every part of it was good, I liked staff and location. Stayed for 3 days and didn't want to leave, I will be back.

no words to describe how i liked rooms and food. it was air-conditioned, exceptionally comfortable beds. hotel was clean, being near the beach. i had 4 special days here, would recommend the place.

I recommend this first-rate hotel and will be back. Lobby was stunning. Luxury bathroom. Staff were ready to help, they are all highly efficient people. It was conveniently located, easy to move around.

Accommodation was a nice size and exclusive, beds were perfect. Glorious view of park. The hotel was conveniently set in an upscale area. Totally incredible experience😀

All good - we loved our stay - food was good and gracious staff. Very comfy beds, an iron, a seating area and a hairdryer were a nice touch. The beach was stunning.

i loved it, location and atmosphere were fine. it was a beautiful area, a nice comfy base for me. the staff did all they can for a memorable stay.

Wi-fi was poor, made me a little nervous.

Bed was extra comfortable. Moreover, bonus was free WiFi. Had nice dainties at Palmetto, located a couple of blocks away the hotel.

The hotel location is AMAZING & we got a room facing garden. We spent 5 nights in master suite. We would recommend & would love to stay here again.

The hotel was so close to palm trees and an oasis and overlooked the sea. Good sleep in a comfortable bed.
